In case you haven't seen me lately,

Obviously, I haven't made it to the hobbyist phase of photography. Or to the no-streak level of glass cleaning.

I'm so boring I don't even fake smiles very well. The lighting is bad in this one, but it makes me look tan instead of the pale milky whitey I really am. The goatee is recent. The best thing about it is spending less time and effort shaving each day, but maybe it isn't me. I'm open to suggestions.

Time to start a load of laundry and call it a day.

Oh, and I'm going to a Royals-Blue Jays game this Saturday with [info]jaredchilders (and maybe my brother if I can get ahold of him) since David Glass rolled back prices again. Good times ahead.

Well I haven't seen you AT ALL! Hi Mark! Hmmm I am not a facial hair person but it looks nice on you. Let it fill in a bit and then see how it looks. I have nothing to compare it to but for now how about a thumbs up! :-)

And MY tan can kick your tan's ass any day. I look TAN in this picture. I had just spent the day in the sun. I am a blindingly white ass honkey. Bathroom photography can be kind to us fair folks.

I think the quote in Austin was "I brought sunscreen. But you may not be able to use it. It is only a 30." I have a reputation.

Much better without the facial hair...imho. :D

He will have to post a "through the years" photo shoot so we can all see.

Maybe she can share a pic of us together on New Year's Eve 2004. No goatee then.

Ok now I am confused. Are you and C dating? My brain looks just like that icon you posted. And if that was a nosy question...well then nevermind!

Not a nosy question.

We dated a long time ago, and we're friends now.

I woke up this morning and when "I can't believe I asked him that!"

Glad you can still be friends. Very cool.

Thank you for the kind words and the pic. I may get rid of the goat because I don't like it when it's grown out much at all. Or not. I'm not this indecisive about everything, I promise...

I don't think tan = better, by the way. In fact, fake baking = worse. There is nothing less sexy about fair skin, imho.

I AM indecisive! But we will all be awaiting the big did he shave or did he not post.

I hope tan isn't better. I am a super fair freckled girl. At least I won't look like a purse when I am 50 (I hope!)

I'm not a fan of smiles in posed photographs anyway. It just looks dumb and faked, which it is. I much prefer the natural-but-pleasant look, as creamofwheat demonstrates so expertly above.

I like the goatee, but I don't know what you looked like without it.

Why thank you! My posed pictures always look retarded. I usually look MAD if I don't smile! Nothing like the "I am taking a picture of myself in a hotel bathroom so I can show off my new cowboy boots" picture to make myself look like a DORK.

No, I think Melissa summed it up well: natural and pleasant. I like it when you post pics of yourself. Nice boots, by the way. ;)

Why thank you:-) Later I went "Why in the hell did I post that?" I think I was all hopped up on the Ambien.

Glad you like the boots. I am living in them. Sooo comfy. Way too expensive. But they are something I have wanted for a long time. My little gift to myself.
